How It Started
I'M HER Athletics was born from a simple belief: that women athletes deserve the same platforms, resources, and recognition as anyone else. What started as a vision became a movement — built by two managing partners who refused to accept the status quo.
From the ground up, we built an organization that touches every part of an athlete's journey — from the field to NIL deals, from custom uniforms to college exposure. Every pillar exists because we saw a gap and decided to fill it.
